Payment methods, delivery time, refunds and returns policy & procedure.

1 – Direct bank transfer payments

(Advance payments) to STEABS Official company bank account during check-out.

Customers orders will be secured after direct to bank payment and dispatched to their billing or shipping address the next working day.

2 – COD payments

Customers orders will be secured and delivered the next working day with taxable amount added to COD amount as per FBR regulations for COD payments.

All orders will be delivered the next working day at a flat delivery charge of Rs. 100.

Refund and returns – Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate and or are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Packaging materials
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any health and personal care items

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

3 – Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify them of the approval or rejection of any refund.

If a refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Incase of refund in your bank through funds transfer, check your online banking portal or bank statements.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the email given at the end.

Sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on “Sale” cannot be refunded.

4 – Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message on whatsapp and we will replace it after checking the item.

5 – Returns

To return their product, they should inform us and, a dispatch rider will collect it from them.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.

Depending on the customers location, the time it may take for their exchanged product to reach them may vary.
